Yummy & healthy protein bombs? @foodforarixx has cooked up an amazing anytime snack that packs a protein punch.
So I really enjoy just messing about in the kitchen chucking a few things in here and there. You’ll notice this from my sheer range of flavours!! ⠀

I was kindly gifted some collagen powder from @riteflex so as well as incorporating it into my diet, the last week I created these as a simple way to increase my consumption!! 😍⠀

To make the balls:⠀
1/2 can chickpeas (washed and drained)⠀
1/2 cup oat flour (oats blended)⠀
1/2 cup almond flour ⠀
1 tsp of lavender (it’s very strong you don’t need much at all!)⠀
I also added lemon balm but this is optional 😉⠀
1/2 cup plant based milk⠀
2 tbsp of honey (maple syrup to make it vegan) ⠀
2 scoops of @riteflex collagen powder ⠀
⠀
To make:⠀
1. Blend all the ingredients together ⠀
2. Refrigerate for 15mins⠀
3. Roll into balls
4. (Optional) roll in coconut shavings (gives it that nutty flavour 🤤)⠀
5. Enjoy 😊⠀
